These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PolicyCortex, an AI-native cloud governance platform operated by PolicyCortex ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using PolicyCortex, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PolicyCortex is a cloud governance platform that provides AI-native policy management, compliance monitoring, and governance automation services for enterprise cloud environments.

To access certain features of PolicyCortex, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify PolicyCortex immediately of unauthorized use

When using PolicyCortex, you agree not to:

PolicyCortex, including all software, content, and technology, is the exclusive property of PolicyCortex Inc. All rights, title, and interest in PolicyCortex remain with PolicyCortex Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PolicyCortex in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of PolicyCortex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. PolicyCortex Inc. is committed to protecting your data and maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

While PolicyCortex Inc. strives to maintain PolicyCortex's availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of PolicyCortex at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyCortex Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PolicyCortex.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolicyCortex Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of PolicyCortex or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, where PolicyCortex Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

PolicyCortex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes and your continued use of PolicyCortex constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
