These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PolicyCortex, a cloud governance platform operated by PolicyCortex, Inc. ("PolicyCortex," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and offered under the PolicyCortex product brand. By accessing or using PolicyCortex, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PolicyCortex is a cloud governance platform that provides AI-native policy management, compliance monitoring, and governance automation services for enterprise cloud environments.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

PolicyCortex, including all software, content, and technology, is the exclusive property of PolicyCortex, Inc. All rights, title, and interest in PolicyCortex remain with PolicyCortex, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PolicyCortex in accordance with these Terms.
