PROCUREMENT // DELIVERY ENGAGEMENT // 30 DAYS
Make the assessment a documented confirmation. We stay through review.
Instead of handing you a tool and walking away, our cleared delivery team uses PolicyCortex to collect evidence, write the policies and assessment documents, coordinate technical remediation, prepare control owners, and defend the package when the assessor asks questions.
We stay with you through the audit.
PolicyCortex performs the documentary work, builds the defensible evidence package, prepares your team, and keeps working when the reviewer asks for more.
If your assessor requests more detail, new samples, or clarification tied to the agreed engagement scope, we update the evidence package and remediation plan until the question is resolved, at no additional cost.
Every control has an evidence story
The package connects technical state, policies, procedures, responsible people, and the evidence your assessor will examine.
More detail does not become a fire drill
Clarifications, added samples, and follow-up questions become traceable review work.
We keep working the package
Evidence and the remediation plan are updated until the in-scope question is resolved.
Assessment decisions remain with the independent assessor. Audit support covers questions and remediation tied to the agreed engagement scope. It is not a guarantee of certification.

FAQ
Why run the engagement while Phase II is suspended?
Because Phase I self-assessments, selected government assessments, and DFARS 252.204-7012 obligations remain. The engagement validates the system state and evidence behind the score you represent today, while keeping the same package useful for a future CMMC model.
What's not included for $15K?
Custom development outside the agreed CMMC scope, added cloud accounts or tenants, FedRAMP work, and ongoing operations after the review cycle. We scope those separately before work begins.
What if the assessor asks for more?
We stay with your team through assessor review. For requests tied to the agreed engagement scope, we provide added detail or samples and update the evidence package and remediation plan until the question is resolved, at no additional cost.
Does audit support guarantee certification?
No. Your C3PAO remains independent and makes the assessment decision. Our promise is that we do not hand you a package and disappear. We keep working the in-scope evidence and remediation response through review.
Can we choose our C3PAO?
Yes. The OSCAL package is C3PAO-agnostic. We don't lock you to an assessor.
Does pricing change for larger environments?
Single primary cloud account is $15K. Multi-cloud (AWS + Azure) or multi-tenant scope adds engagement fees scoped to your environment. Most defense contractors start with one cloud account and add scope after the first engagement.
Make the assessment boring. We stay through review.
$15,000 flat for the standard engagement scope: 30 days, one primary cloud environment. Our cleared delivery team performs the documentary work, builds the evidence package, coordinates approved remediation, prepares your team, and supports in-scope assessor follow-up at no additional cost.
