COMPANY / DELIVERY RECORD

PolicyCortex is pre-customer on the platform, and this page says so. The delivery record below is the founder's eleven years of cleared cybersecurity work before the company existed: a DOE national laboratory, MITRE, USAA, and Frontier Airlines. None of those engagements used PolicyCortex. They are anonymized framings, published so a buyer can weigh the experience behind the system.

## What this record is, and is not

The product has one rule for missing data: a declared gap with the interval and the reason, never silently fewer rows. This page holds the company to the same rule.

**Declared gap.** PolicyCortex is pre-customer on the platform. These are anonymized framings of the founder's prior cleared delivery work. None of these engagements used PolicyCortex; the platform is the system built so the next contractor does not have to do this work the manual way.

3. **USAA · Fortune 100 financial services** Cloud security architect, prior: Cloud security at scale serving millions of military families. SOC 2, PCI DSS, GLBA across regulated workloads. **Insight.** Built the muscle of running compliance continuously rather than as quarterly audit prep: the operating model PolicyCortex codifies.
4. **Frontier Airlines · Aviation** Infrastructure engineer, prior: Production cloud architecture supporting real-time aviation operations. Aviation-regulated workloads with hard reliability and safety constraints. **Insight.** First clear understanding that compliance cannot be a manual process. It has to be automated or it breaks under operational load.
