# PolicyCortex Terms of Use: AI Cloud Governance Platform

LEGAL / TERMS OF USE

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PolicyCortex, a cloud governance platform operated by PolicyCortex, Inc. ("PolicyCortex," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and offered under the PolicyCortex product brand. By accessing or using PolicyCortex, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 2. Description of Service

PolicyCortex is a cloud governance platform that provides AI-native policy management, compliance monitoring, and governance automation services for enterprise cloud environments.

## 3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of PolicyCortex, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify PolicyCortex immediately of unauthorized use

## 4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using PolicyCortex, you agree not to:

## Data Privacy & Security Policy

Your use of PolicyCortex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. PolicyCortex, Inc. is committed to protecting your data and maintaining appropriate security and compliance practices.

## 7. Service Availability

While PolicyCortex, Inc. strives to maintain PolicyCortex's availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of PolicyCortex at any time.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyCortex, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PolicyCortex.

## 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolicyCortex, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of PolicyCortex or violation of these Terms.

## 10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

## 11. Changes to Terms

PolicyCortex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes and your continued use of PolicyCortex constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
