## What we cover

- **agenda.position**: Where you actually are: your scope, your deadline, and what your assessor will open first.
- **agenda.path**: The shortest defensible path: what has to be true before review, and the order to do it in.
- **agenda.fit**: Whether we are a fit: if the engagement is wrong for you, we will say so on the call.
- **call.length**: 30 minutes.
