3. **USAA** (PRIOR) Cloud security architect: Secured cloud infrastructure serving millions of military families. Learned at scale what regulated compliance without engineering drag looks like.
4. **Frontier Airlines** (PRIOR) Infrastructure engineer: Production infrastructure supporting real-time operations. First understood that compliance cannot be manual; it has to be automated or it breaks under operational load.
5. **PolicyCortex, Inc.** (2024 TO PRESENT) Founder and chief executive: Built PolicyCortex to produce the record he spent eleven years watching people rebuild from memory, in the room, while the assessor waited.
